My recent work includes being part of the production team for the feature documentary, "Judy Blume Forever", which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. The documentary was awarded the Peabody and was nominated for several prestigious awards, including the Critics' Choice Documentary Award for Best Biographical Documentary and the Cinema Eye Honors for Outstanding Achievement in a Debut Feature Film.

My Story
MIA RENEE HENRY | PRODUCER
My passion for storytelling was ignited through a diverse array of mediums, including literature, film, and video games. Upon completion of my undergraduate degree, I contributed as a primary team member at the inception of two startup ventures—one in the healthcare realm and the other in E-Sports, where I delved into the dynamic world of live broadcasting.

Transitioning my skills and experiences, I made a foray into the film industry, where I became an integral part of the two-time Emmy-nominated feature documentary team behind “Judy Blume Forever”. I was inspired by the directors' passionate storytelling and dedication to their craft, and since then I have been driven to do the same.

My current focus encompasses documentary formats spanning from news segments, short films, and feature-length productions. With each project I undertake, my mission remains steadfast: to provoke introspection, ignite empathy, and catalyze positive change within our society.
